By accessing or using the Science Logistics Limited website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Products and Services
We provide laboratory equipment, chemicals, consumables, and related scientific supplies. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities.
Ordering and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Payment terms will be specified in your quote or invoice
- We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability and location. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the agreed timeframe.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of scientific products, returns are accepted only for defective products or incorrect shipments. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for return requests.
Limitation of Liability
Science Logistics Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
